Training & Development
Dome Construction supports each of our employees to realize their full potential and career goals. This can be achieved via in-house training programs, higher education classes, career development classes, seminars, computer / technical training and various departmental training.
Educational Reimbursement
Dome Construction believes in empowering its employees through increased knowledge. We offer a variety of classes and training sessions for both office and field personnel, giving them the necessary tools to excel and advance in their roles. Dome Construction also encourages our employees to strengthen their skill set through outside educational programs. We will reimburse employees who successfully pass these pre-approved classes/programs.
By way of these training programs, our employees truly embody two of our Core Purpose statements - "To Provide Solutions" and "To Create Value" in everything they pursue.
Dome 101 Dome 101 was established as an in-house program to educate new employees on Dome Construction's protocols and procedures in each of the following areas:

LEED Training Program
As a member of the USGBC, we whole heartedly believe in our commitment to using sustainable building practices. We provide a training program open to all employees that will prepare you to successfully complete your LEED Professional Accreditation. The course covers what you need to know to successfully manage the project certification process, practical tips for using the rating system and technical resources, interpreting LEED credits for your projects, and coordinating LEED projects during the design and construction phases. Our course also includes learning exercises and sample LEED AP exam test questions.
