We live and work here in the Bay Area and feel very strongly the importance of giving back to the community. Some of the organizations that we work with on a regular basis include: Leap, City of Hope, Rebuilding Together, SF Food Bank, Wardrobes for Opportunity, Ronald McDonald House, Stepping Stone, and Stonestown YMCA.

I have been in construction for 32 years, probably 29 with Dome.
Loyalty is a quality that I was raised with, and is a condition that is present at Dome. Over the years, it seems to me, that the employees that stay at Dome are people that have strong character. Dome creates an atmosphere, where people who apply themselves, work as a team, learn from there mistakes and look out for the clients interest, will succeed. I consider myself very fortunate to have become affiliated with this company some 30 years ago.
