Tenant Improvements During the last 36 years we have completed literally thousands of renovation projects throughout the Greater Bay Area. Our clients range from small firms to Fortune 500 companies in many industries.		Special Projects We have developed unique expertise in managing multi-disciplinary projects such as educational facilities, housing, industrial plants, hi-tech facilities, micro-electronics, remedial projects, and other complex assignments.
