This new office space for Risk Management Solutions (RMS) boasts 100,000 square feet of modern interiors with an open design concept. The open floor plan was meant to represent equality within the office. All private offices, conferencing areas, and employee conveniences were built around the core leaving the perimeter open with plenty of natural light and views.

The entire space was designed and constructed through extensive collaboration with the architectural design team and Owner, down to the smallest of details. The project used many high-end and unique finishes which included translucent white fabric ceilings from a European manufacturer and a new contemporary glass modular panel system for interior walls and offices.  Prior to build-out, complete demolition of the existing space was done to identify any potential conflicts, minimizing the impact to the design.
