Remodel of the main reception lobby, executive floor, common floor and partial remodels to six additional floors. The work included executive offices, a boardroom with audio/visual and video conferencing facilities, catering kitchen, private offices, open offices, new restroom facilities and all new mechanical, electrical, tele/data, plumbing and life safety systems.
