Pixar West Village is a $9.5M, fast-track, 35,000sf remodel of an occupied 55,000sf building (approximately $5M of the $9.5M budget was constructed within the last 8 weeks of the project). Pixar West Village PH5 is the final phase of the expansion of Pixar into their own building which had previously been sublet to commercial tenants. The complete gut and remodel of the 35,000sf space included: Structural repairs with micropiles and brace frames, new roofing and skylights, $1 M server and rendering rooms, new mechanical system, projection room, a café, a new yoga room and gym, and upgrades to exterior finishes and site work.
