Winery Exchange Novato
A fast-track, 11,000 square foot, 2 month project which included demolition of existing space, new perimeter offices, new open office area, and 2 new conference rooms with A/V. A specialized winemakers lab was created for the blending and tasting of new wines. The focal points of the project were two built in wine and product displays with recessed lighting.
A new MDF was built for the tenant’s IT needs along with Wireless Access Points for Wireless Networking. Minor Rework of the HVAC and Lighting were also employed.
