Holiday Inn | Union Square

A reconstruction of a 398 room hotel, originally built in 1970, converting it to a Crowne Plaza (Holiday Inn).  Project entailed renovation of all public spaces and included work on the Sutter Street level and minor work in the basement and mezzanine, expansion of the existing bar and restaurant, new storefront expanding the facade of the building, and new lobby areas.  All this work took place while the hotel remained fully operational.

Hyatt Regency Hotel | Equinox & Hugo's Restaurant

Complete remodel of two restaurants, Equinox & Hugo's Restaurant, in the Hyatt Regency Hotel. The project took place in phases while the Hyatt Hotel and restaurant remained operational and occupied.

West German Consulate

The original Matson family mansions in San Francisco were renovated and restored to accommodate the needs of the Consul General of Germany and his staff. The three-story historic two-wing structure received new slate roofing as well as restoration to the original brick / terra cotta exterior and ornamental balustrades. The 165-room renovation also included a new high-security entry foyer.

Cherry Blossom Inn (pictured)

Project consisted of construction of a 3-story facility with 70 units in San Leandro. The Cherry Blossom Inn also included dining facilities, a commercial kitchen, five lounges, administrative and other facilities.
