Project San Francisco
Completed a facelift and exterior waterproofing repair to a 71-unit co-op
utilizing a six-month construction schedule. Scope of work included re-glazing
of all spandrel glass; replacement of plaster panels; and application
of waterproof membrane. Climbing scaffold towers utilized to facilitate
the work.
