This project consisted of the expansion of an existing 8,000 square foot park into a 30,000 square foot park. Work includes, but is not limited to: demolition of existing site improvements, excavation & grading, underground utilities, landscape planting and irrigation, site furnishings, concrete foundations & flatwork, unit pavers, decorative stone work, chain link fencing, masonry walls with stucco finish, painting, plumbing / fountain, electrical power & lighting. Earthwork involved the hauling of hazardous materials.
