Hamm’s Brewery
Food Service Trade Center
San Francisco

Renovation and expansion project consisting of eight original floors in a 1900’s brewery. The facility was converted into a twelve-story state-of-the-art office center. Extensive shotcrete walls and steel brace frames. Demolition was extremely complex due to the tight-site restrictions and very heavy traffic on all surrounding streets, with much pedestrian activity. The project required removal of two heavily reinforced five-story concrete structures nested between two existing buildings. New elevators, cooling tower and mechanical systems for a food service trade center.

  • Project Size: 180,000 sq. ft.
