Project scope includes seismic upgrades for the 50,000 square foot brick warehouse building including 50’ micropiles, concrete footings, structural steel moment and brace frames, abatement, new roof diaphragm and new roofing.  The tenant improvements included private and open offices, a yoga studio, an art studio, screening rooms, video conferencing, restrooms, and storage.  The space was exposed to the structure above.
