Medical Office Orinda
This project was a complete interior gut of an existing wood framed building into a new 15,500 square foot two story Medical Office Building. Scope included all new fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC & electrical systems throughout. The existing structure received added structural work as well as all new finishes inside and out. There was also some site concrete, paving & landscaping added to the outside of the building.
