Hospital Expansion

Dome Construction provided construction services on this new 40,000 square foot two story expansion project. Facility is an eccentrically braced steel frame with concrete over metal deck floors and roof, 80 foot deep piles and stucco exterior.

Project scope includes the build-out of new laboratories, OR Suites, Recovery Suites, Radiology Suites, a new Central Sterile as well as offices and support spaces. This was a multi-phased project adjacent to and within a fully operating hospital.
