GI Infusion Suite South San Francisco
15,500 square foot remodel of an existing Pediatric Medical Office Building to a new GI / Infusion suite. Scope of work includes complete demolition of the existing interior finishes and MEP Systems. The new buildout includes exterior sitework to provide additional handicap parking, all new interior finishes and wall layout. The HVAC system reused the existing rooftop air handling equipment, with supplemental exhaust equipment for special needs procedure rooms. Facility equipment with new Medical Gas system including Oxygen, and Vacuum systems. Electrical systems included Nurse Call, Fire alarm, and Telephone/Data throughout.
