Marin Health & Wellness Campus | LEED GOLD San Rafael
This project encompasses 74,000 square feet of renovations to 5 buildings, including surrounding site work, to produce a campus-like area. The buildings house the County of Marin’s Public Health Clinic, Bill and Administration as well as Youth and Family Services and Mental Health programs. The buildings also have conference and training rooms for staff and client education. This project has been designed to LEED Silver standards with a goal of obtaining a LEED Gold and becoming USGBC.
