20,000 square foot cGMP build-out of an existing tilt-up building for a new Clinical Aseptic Manufacturing facility. Work included installation of all new Mechanical and Process Utilities systems such as a Cooling Tower, Chillers, Steam and Hot Water Boilers, Purified Water, Water for Injection (WFI), Clean Steam, Vacuum, Compressed Air, and two new Dew Point Control Systems. The entire existing concrete slab was removed to install new foundations for a new steel structure for support of the internal MEP Systems, and for a new Mechanical platform above the roof. All finishes installed were to the highest cleanliness of Epoxy Walls and Flooring, Stainless wall and corner guards, and sheetrock ceilings throughout.
