Extensive modifications and improvements to an existing, two-story, steel frame structure. The new shell structure required removal and reframing of substantial portions of the second floor structure, new structural foundation elements, new first and second floor concrete slabs, an extensive mechanical equipment platform covering most of the roof area, and miscellaneous out-structures for central utility systems. Advanced process piping and electrical systems, automated control and equipment for Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, and an elaborate viewing area were also included. The facility was constructed as a cGMP. Cell Culture Clinical Manufacturing for the entire process from Fermentation, Isolation, Purification, and Fill & Finish.
