Project consisted of five major areas: Pilot Plant, Laboratories, Utility Room and Yard, Support Offices, and Touring area. Pilot Plant area included Cell Culture, Harvest, Purification, and Fill Finish rooms. Laboratories included Process Development, Analytical, Purification Development, Formulation, Cell-Line Development, Molecular Biology, Isolation, Solution Prep, Cell Banking, Immunochemistry, and PK Tox Labs.Utility Rooms included Equipment Wash, Interior Utility Room, Warehouse, and Exterior Utility yard. The Support Offices and Touring corridor consisted of high-end pendant lighting fixtures, patterned flooring of VCT and Carpet, curved hollow metal windows, story-boards, a water feature, a restroom core with showers, and a break area.
