Dome Celebrates its 40th Anniversary

November 2009 marked the 40th anniversary for Dome Construction. The San Francisco Mint hosted Dome employees, clients, family, and friends as they reminisced about the past 40 years.

Commitment to
Excellence
Dome is committed to building and sustaining a company culture that rewards
excellence, teamwork, and innovation. We want members of the Dome team
to be able to recognize, understand, and appreciate the value of long-term
client relationships. We seek to recruit, develop, and retain the best
staff of professionals possible in order to achieve this goal.

We know how to work hard, but play hard too
Our company calendar is packed with events and outings that bring us together with each other, and those we work with, in the spirit of team-building and fun. Whether in the form of golf tournaments, annual picnics, or holiday parties we find ways to reward hard work and develop healthier work relationships. Our annual summer picnic finds us on Angel Island with our families and co-workers. We enjoy the Blue Angels from “ringside” cruise seats out on the Bay. Our annual Client Appreciation Party, this year with a Casino Night theme, provides for an unforgettable evening. And each winter, we take an annual ski trip to Tahoe (and carry our safety and injury prevention practices with us!).

Giving back to the community
We live and work here in the Bay Area and feel very strongly the
importance of giving back to the community.
Some of the organizations that we work with on a regular basis include: Leap, City of Hope, Wardrobes for Opportunity,
Ronald McDonald House, Stepping Stone, and Stonestown YMCA.
Joining others in commitment to City of Hope
This group brings together a cross section of real estate and construction professionals, brokers, building owners, developers, and consultants on behalf of a single philanthropic goal: to support the lifesaving treatment and compassionate care of City of Hope. To date, the REC has raised over $2 million for City of Hope, making this industry alliance one of the premier fundraising groups in the region.
